Founded in 2004, the firm began when Randy Meincke returned to private practice after serving as an Associate Magistrate Court Judge of Forsyth County. Since 1975, Randy has enjoyed a successful legal practice, including serving as a Pro Hac Vice State Court Judge, Juvenile Court Judge, and a Special Master in Superior Court. In 2011, Randy was delighted to hire his son, Alan, as an associate attorney.

Our attorneys work with clients on an hourly basis with a retainer for litigation matters and a flat fee for various other services.
